Barley vegetable soup
Ingredients

1 onion diced
-
3 carrots diced
-
1 leek diced
-
1 celery diced
80g Pearl barley
2dl cream
chives for decoration

Instruction
-
Place onion and vegies in a large pot and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add barley about half way
-
add 1 litre of stock and simmer for 1 hour.

Add cream stir and serve. Garnish with some chives.
