OAT MUESLI
Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

2/3 cup milk

¼ cup Greek Yoghurt

1 Tbsp chia seeds
-
dried cranberry (handfull)
-
pepita seeds (handfull)
-
1Tbsp honey
-
1 Banana
-
1 Apple

Instructions:
-
Mix all your ingredients, rolled oats, milk, Greek Yoghurt, Chia seeds and honey. Cut banana and apple in small cubes and mix it with the other ingredients. Fill everything in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. To serve you can add some fresh fruit of your choice.
