OAT MUESLI

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • ¼ cup Greek Yoghurt

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • dried cranberry (handfull)

  • pepita seeds (handfull)

  • 1Tbsp honey

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Apple

Oat-Muesli

Instructions:

  • Mix all your ingredients, rolled oats, milk, Greek Yoghurt, Chia seeds and honey. Cut banana and apple in small cubes and mix it with the other ingredients. Fill everything in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. To serve you can add some fresh fruit of your choice.
