One-Pot Salmon and Feta Pasta
Incredibly quick to make and so delicious! The perfect dish when you need a quick meal after work.

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Feta cheese
- One lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- Salt, pepper (I also added pasta seasoning)
- 150g pasta
- 20g Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Place two pieces of salmon in a baking dish and a piece of feta cheese next to them. Top the salmon with lemon slices, then add fresh baby spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper (or other spices of your choice) before baking in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente.
After baking, lightly mash the contents of the casserole dish with a fork and mix them together, so that the salmon, feta, vegetables, and lemon flavor combine.
Add the freshly cooked pasta, mix everything well again, and finally finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
The result is a creamy pasta dish that's quick and easy to prepare and perfect for a relaxing evening.
